Muffin Pisang, enak dimakan waktu tengah suam2 tu dan pekena pula dengan teh `o`.....syoknyaaa, haniss gunakan pisang berangan untuk Muffin ni.
MUFFIN PISANG/BANANA MUFFIN

ingredients A
400gm melted butter 300gm
(6nos) eggs - guna telur gred B
200gm milk - Haniss guna fresh milk
Ingredients B
600gm(10pcs) mashed banana - Haniss guna pisang berangan
400gm castor sugar - Haniss kurangkan gula
Ingredients C (Ayakkan bersama)
550gm superfine flour - guna tepung gandum
10gm(2 tsp) baking powder
10gm(2 tsp) sodium bicarbonate
Method
1.Double boil till the butter is dissolved, and let it cool. Add in beaten egg and milk, stir until well combined.
2. Add salt and sugar into the mashed banana, mix until sugar is dissolved.
3. Combine step 1 and step 2, add sieved ingredients(C) to form batter. (jangan terlebih kacau/bancuh)
4. Fill up muffin cup batter, bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes
